Tracey Boldemann-Tatkin has over twenty years of administrative and management experience with family foundations. Tracey?s keen interest in family foundations began in 1985 when she worked with four family groups to develop the governance structure and grantmaking program of the Jules and Doris Foundation.

Tracey?s role in the Stein Foundation evolved to the current point where she is the principal liaison with all family members as well as the chief operating officer. Beginning in 1997, Tracey is also providing management services for related foundations including the Oppenheimer Brothers Foundation. She is Vice President and Secretary of the Gerald Oppenheimer Family Foundation.

Tracey, who studied business administration at UCLA and is currently doing graduate work in business and philanthropy, works with the dynamics and mechanics of family foundations through her daily experiences, as well as through participation in family foundation forums sponsored by the Southern California Grantmakers and the Council on Foundations.

Tracey is an active volunteer for many community groups including the Los Angeles Girl Scouts, Brentwood Presbyterian Church, Louisville High School, National Charity League, Board Treasurer of the JSEI Affiliates of the Jules Stein Eye Institute and Board member of the Hollywood Canteen Foundation.
